Processed Meats
Deli meats, including bacon are filled with high calorie fat and cholesterol known for heart disease and certain cancers, and they easily sabotage weight-loss. Additionally they contain sodium nitrates which acts as a preservative to make them appear fresh. Too much sodium and salt in your body commonly leads to water retention and bloating.
