Rihanna: Through the Years
Rihanna has been staying out of the spotlight lately -- you know, for Rihanna -- and isn't that just so great? Her song with Eminem did come out, and that's cool and all, but besides that, she seems to be taking it easy for a little bit -- again, for Rihanna. And do you know what "taking it easy" means to this girl? Bikinis, beaches, and "HEY EVERYBODY DO YOU SEE HOW HOT I AM?!"
So that's what this is. Rihanna spent some time today posting a whole, whole lot of photos of herself on Instagram, posing topless, posing in a bikini, posing in the ocean, posing smoking ... something. And that's great. Despite how annoying she can get, Rihanna does work extremely hard, and it's nice to see her just stop for a while. And hey, all the hot photos don't hurt anything either, right?
5 Foods to NEVER Eat if you Want to Lose Weight
Fried Foods
French fries, chicken nuggets, and onion rings are yummy, but a quick way to ingest large amounts of calories from saturated oils. Harmful fats and oils are known to cause high blood pressure, high cholesterol and unhealthy weight gain. Additionally they can disrupt the digestive system, leading to acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome and bloating.
High Fructose Corn Syrup
The common sweetener found in many prepackaged foods has been compellingly found to stimulate an increased craving for more sugary foods. Research claims the sweetener significantly caused more weight gain than table sugar of the same caloric intake. It also increased triglyceride levels, which is linked to heart disease.
White Bread
This popular staple is a carbohydrates that converts into sugar, making it a high-glycemic food that ultimately won’t keep you satisfied. Additionally it has little nutritional value and fiber content, which would otherwise help to fill you up and eat less. Research on those who ate white bread showed unwanted weight gain over a period of 12 years.
White Rice
Similar to white bread, white rice is an “empty calorie” with little nutritional value. it can encourage your body to store excess fat, making it harder to lose weight. On the other hand, brown rice is full of fiber, vitamins and nutrients. Fiber helps you to feel full and satisfied for longer, it lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, and increases blood flow.
Processed Meats
Deli meats, including bacon are filled with high calorie fat and cholesterol known for heart disease and certain cancers, and they easily sabotage weight-loss. Additionally they contain sodium nitrates which acts as a preservative to make them appear fresh. Too much sodium and salt in your body commonly leads to water retention and bloating.

Seemingly retired at the ripe old age of..35, Phillip Brooks managed to inject life into an era of wrestling soon after its most formidable and commercially successful years.
